Returns & Refunds
Yes, contact Customer Service with your order details and usage status for confirmation.
Contact Customer Service to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped. For shipped items, return them unopened. Once inspected, a refund will be processed.
If you’re unsatisfied with the product quality post-printing, contact Customer Service within 30 days with photos of the printed model and a problem description. Approved returns will receive a full refund.
Refunds take 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Timelines depend on your payment provider.
Product & Technical Support
Filaments are wound while warm, making them prone to tangling if not handled carefully. Use the spool’s side holes to secure the filament when not in use. Trim bent tips before feeding into the extruder.
Stringing occurs due to filament oozing. Adjust slicer settings like retraction speed/distance, lower printing temperature, and increase travel speed. PETG is naturally stringy and requires finer adjustments.
A clogged nozzle is the likely cause. Raise the nozzle, heat it to 220°C, and use a nozzle needle to clear the blockage. You can also try the cold pull technique.
Increase the nozzle-to-bed distance to reduce adhesion.
This is due to machine vibration from high-speed movements. Check and tighten belts, pulleys, and the printer frame.

Click “Resend Activation Email” and check your spam folder. Add “amolen@amolen.com” to your whitelist. Contact Customer Service if the issue persists.
Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.
Log in, go to the “Change Password” section, and follow the steps.
The billing address matches your card details, while the shipping address is for delivery.
